snow crab
Fresh crab meat does not shrink or become watery; it has a pleasant springy texture and sweetness. We will tell you how best to enjoy the exquisite flavor of crab.

Fresh crab meat
After removing the shell of a leg, dip the leg in the ice water.
The meat will swell and look like a white “crab flower”. In addition to enjoying the delicious flavor and texture of the crab meat, you will be struck by the beautiful way in which it is arranged by our skilled chef.

Steamed crab
You can savor a whole crab as it is. Steamed crab meat is soft and has a sweet, rich taste.
In addition to the meat, you can enjoy the delicious crab paste (tomalley).
Please eat it as it is or mix it with crab meat.

Grilled crab
When crab meat is grilled on a charcoal fire, it expands and its flavor improves. The fragrant scent and flavor of grilled crab meat stimulates the appetite. You can eat crab meat with crab paste (tomalley) grilled in the shell. In addition, you can pour sake into the shell to make “shell sake,” which also has a superb flavor.
